As for qualifications — I can’t help you, but perhaps the site can help you. I can tell you that even if you are well qualified to get into Berkeley, there is still only a small chance that you will get in. It is highly selective. You will need very high grades and a very a high GRE score. It will be extremely difficult to get in if you have not gone to one of th ebetter universities in India.
